Some products may be non-returnable except for defects. These terms can change; the current version on this page applies.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

3) Accounts

  • You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Keep your information accurate (email, shipping address, payment method).
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4) Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Offer & acceptance. Adding a product to cart isn’t acceptance; we accept when we charge your payment method and confirm the order.
  • On-demand production. Many items are produced when ordered. Minor differences in color, scale, placement, or materials can occur between batches and screens vs. real life.
  • Pricing & errors. Prices can change without notice. If we discover a material error (pricing, availability, description), we may cancel and refund.
  • Taxes & duties. You’re responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and import fees based on your destination.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We don’t store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Fraud checks. We may refuse or limit any order (e.g., suspected fraud, unusual quantities, reseller behavior).

5) Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Estimated ship dates are guidance, not guarantees. Production or carrier delays can occur.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or, for international shipments, when handed to the carrier.
  • Please inspect packages on arrival and report visible damage to the carrier and us promptly.

6) Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

  • Made-to-order items. Because many products are printed/made on-demand, we generally accept returns only for manufacturing defects, wrong items, or damage in transit.
  • How to request. Contact us at support@bratlife.link within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any defect/damage.
  • Condition. Items must be unworn/unused (other than trying on) and returned in original or comparable packaging if a return is authorized.
  • Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price; shipping may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Cancellation. We’ll attempt cancellations prior to production; once production starts, cancellation may not be possible.

7) Reviews & User Content

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share reviews or photos you submit to our site or tag us with, solely to promote the products and store.
  • Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or defamatory content; you’re responsible for what you submit.

8) Intellectual Property

All site content, product designs, logos, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, resell, or use our IP without prior written permission.

9) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • No attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the site or payment systems.
  • No automated ordering or bulk purchasing without our written consent.

10) Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” with any warranties required by applicable law.
  • We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that colors on your screen will exactly match delivered products.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our suppliers) won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any amount exceeding the greater of (a) the price you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Miscellaneous

  • Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
  • Entire Agreement. These Terms plus referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and products.
