Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping & Returns

Made-to-Order (Important)

Every item is produced when you order it. We don’t hold inventory. For that reason we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color, changed mind, didn’t like it, etc.). This doesn’t affect your legal rights where applicable.


What We’ll Fix (Eligible Issues)

We’ll remake or refund when any of the below are reported within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages):

  • Manufacturing/print defects (misprint, poor stitching, significant off-center print).
  • Damaged in transit items.
  • Incorrect item/variant shipped (wrong size/color/design).
  • Lost in transit (no delivery and tracking stalled/never updates).

We may ask you to return the defective item or to dispose/donate it depending on the print partner’s instruction.

Not Eligible (Typical PoD exclusions)

  • Buyer’s remorse (fit, feel, style, color in person vs on screen).
  • Customer-provided wrong/insufficient address (see “Address Issues”).
  • Minor color variance between screens and printed goods.
  • Small print placement variance and size tolerances (apparel ±2″ / 5 cm is standard).
  • Wear/tear or damage after washing contrary to care instructions.

How to Report a Problem (within 30 days)

Email support@bratlife.link with:

  1. Order number and the email used at checkout
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Photos (required for print/damage claims):
    • the item laid flat (full front)
    • a close-up of the defect
    • the inside neck label/size tag (for apparel)
    • the outer packaging + shipping label (for transit damage)

We’ll confirm receipt within 1–2 business days and move fast on a reprint or refund.


Cancellations & Changes

Orders begin production shortly after payment. We can usually cancel/edit within ~2 hours. After production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.


Address Issues

  • Wrong / insufficient address (customer error): if the carrier returns it, we can reship once you confirm a corrected address; reship cost is on the customer.
  • Unclaimed packages: reship cost is on the customer. Unclaimed items may be disposed of by the facility after a holding period.

Shipping Times

  • Production: typically 2–5 business days (can be longer during holidays).
  • Transit: usually 3–10 business days domestic; international varies by destination and customs.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages from different partner facilities.
  • Tracking is emailed when a label is created.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Any import fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Refusal of customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by the carrier; refunds aren’t guaranteed in those cases.


Returns—Where to Send

Don’t send items back without contacting us first. Returns go to the print facility that produced your order, not our mailing address. We’ll provide the correct RMA/return address if a physical return is required.


Refunds & Reprints

  • If approved, we’ll reprint or refund to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours.
  • We may request the item be returned (prepaid label provided when required) or ask for disposal/donation.

Product Care (for longevity)

  • Wash cold, gentle cycle; dry low or hang dry.
  • Don’t iron directly on prints.
  • Follow any care label on the garment.

EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

Made-to-order/personalized goods are typically exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law. We will still remedy defects per the policy above.
